We believe the perfect entity is made up of its small parts and details. In R2M’s creator’s house, we turn our belief into practice.

With a kitchen, confectionery, and bakery operating in-house by our best people, we ensure quality and accuracy in every detail of the creative process.

Each one of our creations begins with thoughtful work of assembling only the highest quality, most exact products, ones that lead to the most delicious and authentic result in our eyes – may it be a sandwich, stew, cake, bread, or wine.

Our excellent team members turn worlds and cross continents to gather the most accurate products for each culinary piece. If we can’t find a product that meets the high standard we have set, we create and produce it here, by ourselves.

In fact, that’s the primary purpose of this huge heart; The creator’s house allows us to control every step in the process of creating the perfect whole.

From the articulation of dishes, the selection, and making of products, to strict tasting tests determining the authentic flavors and matching the suitable packages, all the way to the distribution of our goodies to the delicatessen stores and bakery shops.

The Kitchen

The variety of 1400 dishes our kitchen at Panorama cooks is beyond amazing.
From vegetable dishes to meat and fish dishes to pastries and handmade pasta. Some remind you of home, others take you around the world, and many give you a taste of our cooks and chefs' creativity.
Our team of skilled and diligent professionals works together as one; Chopping, slicing, mixing, kneading, roasting, and cooking the dishes we all love so much.

The Confectionary

1000 croissants a day won't prepare themselves... nor do mythological desserts like St. Honore, Tiramisu, and NY Cheesecake à la Coffee Bar. These are our sweet confectioners - creative, inspiring, passionate people - who conduct endless reruns and taste tests to give each dessert its coveted, precise FTL: Flavor. Texture. Look. whether it's a world classic or a dessert inspired by the heart.

The Bakery

From the fragrant loaf of bread freshly picked from Delicatessen, the fresh pretzel in Bakery's salmon sandwich, to the slice of bread accompanying Coffee Bar's beef tartare - All R2M's pastries and loaves of bread are born and baked here, by the crème de la crème of local bakers.
Our team of experts bakes days and nights, proving no less than 50 different kinds of healthy, nutritious loaves - sourdough bread to ancient grain bread - using only the ingredients they love, trust and believe in.

The Winery

We've always loved wine; for us, it is essential to the event's success just as much as the food and the company.
So in 2004, we launched 'Harutsim' (Diligents) - R2M's house of wine.
We named it after Yad Harutsim St. in Tel Aviv - the birthplace of our culture, and after the diligence spirit we all felt and feel to this day.
The first fruit in the 'Harutsim' family was a Red wine from Bordeaux grapes we harvested one early morning at Tal Shahar vineyard near Shorek river. Later, that same Red developed a Mediterranean character, blending mature Grenache, succulent Sira, and characterful Carignan. That same blend forms the backbone of Harutsim Red to this day.
Since then, for 15 vintages straight, we have assembled new wines nearly every year.
'Harutsim' series currently introduces a trio of Red, White, and Rosé wines. Each wine takes the spirit of the vineyard it's harvested from and is different from the one harvested the year before.
All wines are modest but full of character and are faithful to the artisanal work of winemaker Nir Shaham and ours.
Our work of art begins with a vineyards' road trip spreading from the Golan Heights and Upper Galilee to Jerusalem mountains and Mitzpe Ramon in search of suitable grapes.
We finish it in an annual event where all the people involved in the craft are invited to the assembly of next year's final blends.
After thousands of Harutsim wines sipped and enjoyed since 2004, we are still inspired and excited about making them, time after time, wine and wine again.
Harutsim wines are served at all R2M's places and sold at Delicatessen stores for you to enjoy at home.
